So many organizations heard about our BMOW Food Drive and reached out to us to see how they could help. One such organization, Amatheon Parmaceuticals is a wonderful example of this. As a product provider of the VCA HAH, they saw our efforts and wanted to help. By launching their own collection site within their company they delivered a tremendous donation of food to our doorstep just after the Christmas holiday.
Founded in 2002, Amatheon is the leading Cross-Over Medication® provider
in the nation. It is their chief goal to bring both the veterinarian and
consumer a cost
effect and FDA approved variety of medications to be used for animals.
Cross-over Medications® (Human Drugs used in Animals) has created the
largest short supply list of the FDA’s history. Amatheon and its
affiliate, NextSource Biotechnology are working together
to help the companion animals gain back those drugs in a secure FDA
approved use for both humans and animals.
One of their primary goals for this upcoming year is to involve their company
with local veterinary practices to establish relationships and help our furry friends throughout the year.
